Meet Meg
Positive Psychologist. HR Leader. Human Being.
I’m Meg, the founder of Being Human, and someone who’s led teams through the good, the bad, and the “oh god, what now?”.
I’ve sat at board tables leading high performing People, Talent, Risk, Governance and IT teams. I’ve held senior HR roles, coached execs through make-or-break moments.
I started my career in HR like most do, learning the ropes through policy and process and setting the guide rails that employees follow. It was soulless. It managed every employee from the risk of something going wrong, rather than the opportunity of something going right. It wasn’t how to build a thriving workforce.
So, I turned it on its head and went on a mission to learn how people actually thrive - and i’ve been ripping up the rulebook ever since.
I’m now a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, I have a Masters in HR Management (I’ve been to traditional HR school) and one in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (then I went to people school to learn how to do it better!). I’m a Lumina Spark practitioner, NLP Practitioner and I sit on two boards as a NED.
But what really matters? I care. I get it. And I’m here to help you build a business that actually feels good to lead.
